Chrissy, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia launched her own private practice— Living Free Therapy to serve young adults, teens, and adults. She uses creative techniques and an experiential therapy style to meet each person where they are believing no two clients are the same.

ABOUT THE Brand identity
While counseling may denote an indoor experience, it was important to Chrissy to include nature scenes which she encourages for healing and reflection. In addition, Chrissy wanted a more approachable, free, aesthetic. For Living Free Therapy, I chose a handwritten script, happy people, distressed textures and an icon of the sun — reminiscent of a bohemian style. As a startup, Chrissy went with the basic branding package which includes a master logo, icon, business cards and custom color palette.
About the Website Design
This Branded site is a custom Squarespace Website built on 7.0 enabling Chrissy to maintain it herself. With the use of index pages, the homepage has scrolling sections to both welcome her visitors and showcase her services. The site opens with the beauty of the ocean and a purpose statement that defines her practice— Be You, Live Free. The color scheme draws from the blues and greens of the ocean, the tans of the sand, and the golden hues of the sun. The internal pages pull in these colors as well adding lush greenery as a subtle nod to the growth to come. Like most of my counselor sites, we added a resource section too. Counselors suggest and even require certain books as part of their journey for clients. Having a separate page creates one place for clients to go for purchase and passive income for counselors through affiliate links. The Amazon Affiliate account is free, so adding this option to your Squarespace, Wix, or Wordpress sites is a snap. Do you need resources on your site? Let’s work together.
